There are several bands under the name of Bereft:
1) A power electronics band from Rhode Island formed in 2003. Recently expanded to a two-piece with the addition of The Vomit Arsonist.
2) A black metal band from UK. Released their self-titled debut album in 2012. 3) A Post-Metal band from Madison, Wisconsin. Formed in 2011 by Zach Johnson and Alex Linden.
