Miryo (미료) (born Jo Mi Hye; 조미혜, on November 2, 1981 in Seoul, South Korea) is a rapper, singer, songwriter, and member of the South Korean girl group, Brown Eyed Girls that debuted in 2006. She made her musical solo debut in February 2012 with the song, DIRTY. On stage, she is the commanding female authority of hip-pop rapping, but off stage, she is wise and quiet. Although she inherited her musical ability from her mother, who is a music teacher, she admits that her family had no influence on her career and that she sought it out of pure passion.
