Josip Boček is a guitarist, songwriter, producer, studio musician and arranger, born 1950 in Osijek, Croatia.
He started his music career as a guitarist in various bands from his hometown, such as Lavine, "Eliksiri", and Dinamiti.
With his schoolmate Dado Topić he formed a band "Eliksiri" in 1964, while still in elementary school and they were playing covers from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Spencer Davis Group etc.
