There are two or more bands with this name. 1. Silent Voices is a progressive metal band from Finland, founded in 1995 by guitarist Timo Kauppinen, bassist Pasi Kauppinen, drummer Jukka-Pekka Koivisto and keyboardist Henrik Klingenberg.
At the time their main influences were Dream Theater and Rush. Henrik originally also performed vocal duties, but this role was later filled by Michael Henneken. Since the album "Building Up the Apathy", however, Michael Henneken has parted ways with the band. The future of Silent Voices vocals are currently unknown.
