The mid-to-late 90's were an exciting time for the electronic music scene in Florida. It was here that Rob Dowell was first introduced to that sound and what it meant to be a DJ. Living within walking distance of Simons in Gainesville allowed him the privilege to see the world's best pass through on a weekly basis. It was here that he developed a passion for the music. Now, over a decade later, he is even more involved than he has ever been.
