In 2011 Svjatoslav Vakarchuk (Святослав Вакарчук), the frontman of Okean Elzy («Океан Ельзи»), initiated a brand new music project called "Brussels" («Брюссель») Album of the same name was recorded in august, 2011 in Brussels (Belgium) in the ICP Recording Studios. The album consists of 12 compositions, recorded in Ukrainian and English. The name was depicted because of the the city where it was recorded and the spendid results of the creative work done.
