Honey Power was conceived in summer of 2005 in Tartu, when Martin Kikas (vocals, guitar) and Madis Aesma (drums), both been running a common band before, decided to try out once more. So the baby was born! In the first rehearsal the bass guitar was asked to play by Inga Nõlvak, and after a while Indrek Martis joined in bringing along the sound of keyboards. Couple of months of productive song-writing and soon first promising sounds were recorded with the microphone of the laptop only. Songs were filtered into the friends' PCs through the Interent and gained lots of lively interest.
