Now MP founders singer-songwriter Neal Augenstein and guitarist-songwriter Bill Crandall have reunited, joined by former Minor Threat bassist Steve Hansgen, and legendary punk drummer Danny Ingram. In the 1980s, Modest Proposal was at the forefront of the nation's capital's mod scene.
