Jill Carnes is an Elephant Six-related musician and artist. She was a contributor to the song "The Events Leading Up to the Collapse of Detective Dullight" on Of Montreal's album Coquelicot Asleep in the Poppies: A Variety of Whimsical Verse, as well as with The Music Tapes.
