There are different bands with the name "Dr. Phibes". (1) Dr. Phibes is a (post-)Punk Band from Hannover, Germany. They started making music in 2001 and released several underground records/demos. The band has been inactive since 2005 but doesn't seem to be split up, as there's nothing to find about that on their official homepage (http://www.drphibes.de).
