Svartahrid was founded in 1994 by Istar and Forn. In June 2003, Ilvastar, among others, broke into a crematory, and desecrated several corpses. Ilvastar then cut the head of one of the corpses, and brought it with him. He now faces a sentence of 2 years in prison, though he will most likely be released after a year. Discography:
