Sestry Steinovy is a czech duo of sisters Karolina Kamberská (born as Steinhauserova) and Lucie Steinhauserova from the city of Děčín in Northern Bohemia. Their style is a specific sort of modern urban folk and they like to call it ironically "motherly folk", as described by reviews. In terms of today's duo they have played since 2000. Most of the lyrics were written by Karolina, they were published in her book of poems and song lyrics Za vodou (2005).
