The Illusion Fades are a gothic rock band formed in Athens, Greece in 1990. The band is extremely polupar in Greece, yet hasn't gained much fame abroad. Nevertheless, the Greek media has announced The Illusion Fades to be the best representative of the Greek gothic scene.
They have released 6 albums: Illusion Fades; ShadowLove; In the Arms of an Angel; In Black; Psycho Burn and Killing Ages.
Their album "In Black" received excellent reviews from foreign music press as well as from their local music press.
