Born in Montana, in the fall of 2006, Goodnight Sunrise went straight to work in the winter of 2007, to write and record their self-produced, debut EP "Close & Counting." As high school receded from the present to the past, "Close & Counting" documents a specifically treasured time. Having known each other for most of their lives as school friends and family, Goodnight Sunrise banded together to break out of their small city and take the world by storm. While other friends went out to work and left home for school, Goodnight Sunrise got in the van.
