The Scarred is an American Punk Rockn'roll band formed in 2003 in Anaheim, CA, now based out of North Hollywood, CA. Staple members are Justin Scarred (Vocals, Guitar), Matt "Monkey" Hatcher (Bass guitar, vocals), and since 2007, Ben Nine-K (Drums). The Scarred is known for self-releasing their first album and for the relentless touring in the beginning of their career. As of January 2012, they have issued over ten releases, including four full length albums. In 2005, the band was signed by the legendary Punk Core records, which has often led people to falsely associate them with Street Punk.
