With a Spanish father and English mother, Towie was born in Blackpool (U.K) in 1981 where he grew up, and completed his studies. During those years he learnt the basic’s of DJing ‘House’ music outside of school and playing at parties whenever he got the chance. After exploring new territories, new music and some of the biggest clubs nights in the area at that time, he targeted a different scene, the dance scene, and winning a DJ competition earned him his residency at Blackpool’s dance venue, Insomnia.
