Seo In Young (서인영; born on September 3, 1984), also known as Elly, is a South Korean singer under IY Company. She originally made her debut in 2002, with the popular girl group Jewelry. In May of 2012, Seo In Young announced she would be establishing her own company, IY Company, and would no longer be associated or under contract with Star Empire Entertainment. 2007; "elly Is So Hot" On February 26, 2007, Seo In Young released her first solo album, 'elly Is So Hot'.
