Marcia Pharr Thomas (pronounced Mar-see-a) Songtress, Actress, and Recording Artist, has a tremendously fascinating style and personality. She is the daughter of the former Presiding Elder of Long Island, the late great Rev. Dr. David Pharr, and Pauline Pharr. Marcia is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, and has done post-graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
