Sami Kukka is a Finnish singer-songwriter and folk guitarist, best known for his minimalist and intimate songs. Sami Kukka released his self-titled debut album in 1988. At a time when music was supposed to be big and completely produced and album that featured nothing but one human voice and a guitar, slipped though without attention. 2002 saw the release of "Vettä kuusta" ("Water From The Moon"). In contrast to the first album with its acousticNick Drake feel, the second featured a band, playing folk rock.
