There are several bands that use the name Pigs. 1) A Brooklyn, NY trio made up of: Dave Curran (Unsane, Players Club, Cutthroats 9), Jim Paradise (Freshkills, Players Club, hellno) and Andrew Schneider (Slughog, Barbaro) (the same bunch bringing you Coextinction Recordings). In 2012, they released their debut album, You Ruin Everything through Solar Flare Records. 2) PIGS are a doom/thrash metal trio from Oakland, CA. Traces of stoner rock, NWOBHM, thrash, black metal, punk, death metal and doom contribute to the hyperactive hodge-podge blasting through Jack Doff's fuzzy British tube amps.
