Alexey Omelchuk is a Ukrainian composer well-known for his video game soundtracks. He composed the soundtracks for Alexander (video game), Cossacks II: Napoleonic Wars, Heroes of Annihilated Empires, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. At that time Omelchuk worked with GSC Game World. Last works of the composer for today are the music for Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light, developed by 4A Games.
