The tracks and similar artists on this page refer to Sydney-based hardcore band Taking Sides, who disbanded in late 2005. They were known to play emotional, passionate hardcore in the vein of Give Up The Ghost. Since then, members have gone to join and form other bands, including Black Fucking Eye and The Scare. They are often regarded as one of Sydney's finest hardcore outfits. Taking Sides is also an experimental rock band hailing from southern New Jersey.
