General is a Zambian indietronica/ afro-beat musician. He gained a certificate of his primary education at the highly-acclaimed Mulihagadoroto Primary School, situated on the outskirts of Lusaka where he currently resides. His musical influences include Grizzly Bear, Vampire Weekend, Miami Horror, Neon Indian, K' Millian and Foals, just to name a few. As a young boy, he dreamed of living out the life of musical icons, Queen. As he cleaned his house, he could n't help but sing "Another One Bites the Dust" and when he got ALMOST killed a man, he sang "Bohemian Rhapsody" to his mother.
