Ritualistic dark ambient project of Ukrainian musicians from Nokturnal Mortum and Lucifugum. A single self titled demo was released in 1997 before the project was abandoned due to radical ideological differences between band members. Вече (Vetche in Latin) represents a self-government present in the old Slavonic tribes.
