There are two "The Affection" bands: one English, and one Australian. The more recent/current band "The Affection" is a Liverpool guitar band. 2008 will see their first vinyl release and a performance at the End of the Road Festival in Dorset. The Liverpool band comprises of Chrisy Jones (vocals), Richy Jones (drums), Mark Hughes (guitar) and Sam Tawil (bass). The band's main website is http://www.myspace.com/theaffection
