Lathan Williams (born 1975 in Vallejo, California), better known by his stage name Young Lay, is a San Francisco Bay Area-based gangsta rapper. He has worked with artists such as Tupac Shakur and Mac Dre, and is known as the father of Le-Zhan Williams, a boy who later was reported missing and was found raised by abductors after they murdered his mother and set fire to the house.
