There are at least two bands with this name. 1. Messerschmitt is a doom metal band formed in Halden, Østfold, Norway in 2005. They released their self-titled debut album on June 14 2013. 2. The speed metal band formed in late 1987 by Miro Kusacic in Pula. The first MC 'Lussy' was recorded in '88 in Zminj, followed by the first praises and numerous shows across entire ex-Yugoslavia. In 1989 Messerschmitt played their way to the finals of YURM (YU Rock Moment) - the biggest new-bands festival in ex-YU.
