Keiko Toda (戸田 恵子 Toda Keiko, born on September 12, 1957 in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan) is a Japanese actress and seiyū. Her most famous role is being the voice of the children's hero Anpanman on the long running anime Soreike! Anpanman. She also voices Thomas the Tank Engine in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends from Season 1 to Season 8.
She is an acclaimed singer, and also speaks French.
