Gram and Ben Messer, the heart of the musical group Out of Ruin have been recording and performing together since their early teens, giving these two brothers a special bond and chemistry. Creating their own unique sound fusing elements of alt-rock and progressive music, Out of Ruin's debut album What I Can't See was released on April 29, 2008 through VSR Music Group. Defying trends, Gram states, "We are concered with making music that moves us first, and then hopefully it will touch other people as well.
