Vlada is a Bulgarian-born vocalist, arranger and composer, who weaves Balkan and world sensibilities into her own contemporary sound. Having made New York her second home, Vlada leads an innovative world music group, with its current project Balkan Tales, as well as New York’s Bulgarian Women’s Choir, Yasna Voices, which she founded in March 2003. Vlada enjoys collaborating on interdisciplinary projects and is a sought after guest vocalist.
