Joe Niemand is the frontman of Niemand, and has been writing music since he was a teenager, growing up in the Eastern Cape. He completed writing his first song at the age of just 17. He fronted the band Niemand, which saw him crossover from being a songwriter behind the scenes into a rock star. The band’s debut single ‘Words’ was a huge hit, and spent months in the Top 40 of many charts. They have had several number ones, and his album ‘Reborn’ was nominated for a SAMA (South African Music Awards) award.
