Dylan (D. Hilsley) & Facs (C. Bishop) are British drum & bass producers. They also released records separately as well as using different aliases. The majority of their productions as a duo was released in the late 90's and early 00's on labels such as Droppin' Science, Biotic and XXX, the latter two being run by them self.
