Minneapolis,MN United States (2006 – present) Nomia are an american instrumental, experimental, rock quartet from Minneapolis, MN. Their sound consists of
expansive layered guitar work, as well as heavily rhythmic drums and delayed out bass lines.
They feature cinematic soundscapes common to the post-rock genre, but are not afraid to keep things progressive and
heavy. They formed in 2006, and have self released two demo ep's handmade that were exclusively sold at shows that have immediately sold out with each small pressing.
