Mykaboom was founded in 2004, by five young and promising musicians from Sibelius-lukio high school in Helsinki, Finland. All of the five had been making music for a long time, alone and together in different contexts, but until october 2004 none of them had found their true musical nature. When Mykaboom had their first jam together, the outcome was two of Mykaboom's biggest hits, First and Feminine Points of View, that still funk people all over the world. These songs were to start the glorious story of Mykaboom.
