Jaap Louwes is a guitarist, singer/songwriter from Fryslân, in the Netherlands. Currently he lives in Haulerwijk. In his career, he was frontman of the formation Bricquebec, and in 2006, 2007 and 2008 he played with Doede Veeman, Piter Wilkens and Gurbe Douwstra as "de fjouer fryske trubadoers".
