Over the past 10 years Baldread has built an outstanding record, as a mentor, performing artist, and teaching artist in the alterative school settings as well as live stage performances. Creating workshops in which youth participants are given direct exposure to the creative process, and in doing so, they are provided with avenues for channeling anger, frustration, and other such negative energy into a positive learning experience. This has in many cases shown itself to be of lasting value.
