Jada Koren Pinkett-Smith (born Jada Koren Pinkett; September 18, 1971) is an American film and television actress, producer, director, model, author, singer-songwriter and business woman. Pinkett-Smith launched her music career in 2002, when she helped create the metal rock band Wicked Wisdom, for which she is a singer and songwriter. "I listened to all kinds of metal as a kid. Metallica, Guns N' Roses. I would always look at Axl Rose and say, 'Why aren't there any chicks out there doing this now?' I always wanted an opportunity to get out there and rock out."
