Founder of the chiptune label VORC Records, Hally has appeared at New York City's Blip Festival live event in 2007 and 2009. He also preferred at Datapop 3.0 in Austin & alongside chip musicians Hip Tanaka, Nullsleep and starPause at Blip Festival Tokyo 2010. The Tokyo-based musician helped structure the design of Chiptuned Rockman, a collection of 8-bit Mega Man renditions and demakes.
