The Northwestern are the band spawned from the ashes of Hope Of The States. After their short and slightly problematic career, they come back with a new and more relaxed project (and in their words: more honest). They have left behind the majority of their post-rock approximations, now focussed more on Pop sounds, but retaining the spark that fans of the previous band loved, like Sam's voice and the way that he can compose beautiful, emotional lyrics. The line up consists of:
