Fake Oddity was formed in 2002 with the love of music in Lyon, France. Faik (Vocals, Guitar) and Antoine (Lead Guitar) meet and decide to form a band, they advertise and end up getting a positive response from childhood friends Mathieu (Bass, Double Bass) and Fred (Drums).

The group who is based in France and is primarily made up of French blood has an interesting twist, the singer is Turkish.
