Zegunder is an electronic music group comprised of Alosha Tsinovoi and Gil Cohen. Both members hail from the northern Israeli city of Haifa, where they had previously been in local post-rock bands before attempting their own group. Their first release, a 3 track EP titled Esperanta, was recorded while Alosha and Gil were waiting for their mandatory army recruitment. They continued to record during their weekend breaks from the service, releasing their first full length album the following year.
