88 Circles Above (88CA) is a Dutch rockband from Amsterdam. In 2003 they recorded their debut EP Clip-On Glamour. They play an interesting mix of metal and pop, with energetic female vocals. The four bandmembers (Wendel, Meal, Peggy and Sanne) reached the finals of the Amsterdamse Popprijs and in 2002 they won the Battle of the Bands. They performed at various well-known clubs and festivals between 2002 and 2003, including Crossover Crash (Melkweg Amsterdam), Artquake, Nu Metal Nu (Nightown Rotterdam), ZomaarPop.
