Nikolas Asimos (Νικόλας Άσιμος, real name Νικόλας Ασημόπουλος) [1949 - 1988] was a Greek rock singer & songwriter, known for his provocative and uncompromising songs and lifestyle. He often had problems with the police and suffered from a form of schizophrenia. He used to record his songs in friends' houses and circulated them in the 'underground' community. In his lifetime, he made only two official releases, one single and one album. The rest of his songs were officially released after his death.
