Mietta, pseudonym of Daniela Miglietta, born in Taranto on 12 November 1969, is an Italian singer and actress. In 1987 it begins with him/it broadcast "a star is Born", radionovella of around 240 episodes for the RAI. It begins the musical career to the Festival of Sanremo in 1988 with " Sogno " written by Claudio Mattone. In 1989 success arrives, in fact Mietta wins the Festival of Sanremo in the category New Proposals with " Canzoni " written by Amedeo Minghi also getting the prize of the criticism.
